HOW TO PREPARE AND USE FESS SINU-CLEANSE WASH:


Please read instructions for use carefully. Before commencing use of FESS SINU-CLEANSE Wash you will need to boil 200mL of purified or tap water. Allow to cool until luke warm. For best results use FESS SINU-CLEANSE Wash with warm water.





1. Wash bottle and spout with previously boiled warm water before use

2. Pour contents of one sachet into the bottle

3. Fill FESS SINU-CLEANSE squeeze bottle with previously boiled warm water to line marked FULL.

Place the applicator into the bottle and screw on tightly.

Press the spout down ensuring that it is closed and then shake the bottle gently until the solution is dissolved.












4. Pull open the spout. Stand or bend over a basin. Place the spout gently inside the right nostril ensuring that the tip is pointed towards the back of your head. Position your throat as though you are about to gargle.

5. Gently squeeze the bottle allowing approximately half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril.

6. A small amount of the solution may enter the back of your throat. This is not harmful.


7. Using the remaining solution, repeat this process with your left nostril.

8. If necessary gently blow your nose when you have finished.

9. Discard any remaining solution you do not intend using within the next 2 hours.

10. For best results use FESS SINU-CLEANSE once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor or specialist.

11. Wash bottle and spout with previously boiled warm water after each use.

For children under 12 years please speak with your doctor or ENT surgeon first.
