• Adults – up to 8 sprays per nostril as needed
• Children – up to 4 sprays per nostril as needed
• Newborns/babies – 1 spray per nostril as needed (or use FESS® LITTLE NOSES™ Saline Nose Drops)

Recommended usage of FESS® Eucalyptus Nasal Spray:

• Adults – 2 to 3 sprays per nostril as needed
• Children – not recommended for children 10 years and under due to the Eucalyptus fragrance, children should use aroma free FESS® Nasal Spray.

Recommended usage of FESS FREQUENT FLYER® Nasal Spray:

• Adults - 2 to 3 sprays per nostril before you board the plane and every two hours during the flight.
• It is also a good idea to continue using FESS FREQUENT FLYER® after arrival to help fight potential infection.
• Children – not recommended for children 7 years and under due to the Tea Tree Oil fragrance, children should use aroma free FESS® Nasal Spray.
  

1. Depress the pump firmly to activate the spray.


2) Insert the nozzle into the nostril and make sure that the tip is angled slightly backwards

3) Once the required dose has been inserted into each nostril, then tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds

 4)Then tilt the head left for 10 seconds

5)Then pinch the nostrils closed and sit head forward for 10 seconds.

Sharing the FESS® bottle:
This FESS® bottle must not be used by more than one person as sharing may lead to the spread of infection.

Storage:
Keep in a cool place and below the temperature of 30°C. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
