How to use FESS® Nasal Sprays
Recommended usage of FESS® Sinu-Cleanse®:
There are a number of ways in which FESS Sinu-Cleanse® Nasal Irrigation Spray can be used.
The Head Upright Position is the most common position. However the Lying Head Back Position and Kneeling Head Down Position allow the saline solution to penetrate further into the sinus and nasal cavities. For further information consult your doctor or healthcare professional.
How to use the FESS® Sinu-Cleanse®:
Head upright position:

1. Direct FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal Irrigation Spray into the right nostril. 2. Direct the nozzle towards the right ear. 3. Lightly depress nozzle releasing enough spray to comfortably fill the nasal and sinus cavities. 4. Repeat in the left nostril, aiming nozzle towards left ear. 5. If necessary gently blow your nose when you have finished. |

Lying Head back position:

1. Lie on a bed with your head extended off the end of the bed. 2. Hold FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal Irrigation Spray upside down and direct spray into the right nostril. 3. Direct the nozzle towards the right ear. 4. Lightly depress nozzle releasing enough spray to comfortably fill nasal and sinus cavities. 5. Repeat in left nostril directing the nozzle towards the left ear. 6. Remain in this position for two minutes. 7. Return to an upright position. 8. If necessary gently blow your nose when you have finished.

Kneeling Head Down Position:

1. Kneel on the ground, neck flexed and forehead resting on the floor. 2. Direct FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal Irrigation Spray into the right nostril. 3. Lightly depress nozzle releasing enough spray to comfortably fill nasal and sinus cavities. 4. Repeat in left nostril. 5. Remain in this position for two minutes. 6. Slowly return to an upright position and gently blow your nose if neccessary |
